Lyn - Owner/President
click here	Lyn is a member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers. After 27 enjoyable years of being in the health care industry as a nurse and director of physician services, I decided to pursue my other passion of helping people find the best possible solution for their mortgage. I have been in the mortgage industry for 7 years and the people I have met and helped is one of my biggest accomplishments and fulfillments. My other passion is my family. I have been married for almost 30 years and we have 3 wonderful children. I enjoy reading, traveling, and meeting new people. lgraham@goldstandardfinancial.net
Stephanie - Processor / Senior Loan Officer
	“!Go Ravens!”  I have been in the mortgage industry for over 5 years, and I truly enjoy meeting and talking with new clients.  I enjoy spending time with my 3 children and my husband.  I especially have fun at my family get togethers to watch the Ravens!!  NASCAR is another event that I enjoy.  selliott@goldstandardfinancial.net

Darlene - Bookkeeper
	I have been conducting accounting practices for over 27 years. I work with builders, construction companies, mortgage businesses and also help individual people with their personal financial records. I enjoy traveling (I just returned from Paris)!! Megan - Marketing
	I have worked at Gold Standard Consulting as a Marketing Intern for the last several months. I really enjoyed getting to know the business, and building relationships with our vendors and other staff members. On a personal level, my internship will conclude this summer with my enrollment as a freshman at Randolph Macon in Virginia. I will look forward to working with Gold Standard Consulting on my breaks from college. I love to travel, dance, and read and of course the RAVENS !!
Samantha - Executive Administrator
	I have worked at Gold Standard Consulting as Executive Administrator for over a year. I really enjoy getting to know the business, and building relationships with our clients, vendors and other staff members. I graduated from McDaniel College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. I have a wonderful 7-year-old son, and just got married this July. Sandy Staymates
	I am the seasoned citizen of the staff with 35 years of helping people just like you achieve their dreams. As a kitchen and bath designer, creating beautiful kitchens and bathrooms, as a real-estate investor matching my renovated houses with first time homebuyers. I am excited to extend my financial expertise into the mortgage industry, assisting you in achieving financial freedom and building wealth. Besides working for your best interest I am passionate about my beautiful son and daughter, I enjoy traveling, skiing, gardening, The Ravens football season, and reading.
